If you have forgotten your password simply click on the 'Forgot Your Password' link on any login screen and a new password will be sent to your email address. Remember to update your password to something you can remember by clicking on the 'My Account' link.

Simply login to your account using your user name and password, click on the 'My Account' link and follow the links to update your Password and Delivery Address(s). Alternatively contact StrataGreen on 1300 866 367 and one of the team will arrange to have your details updated for you.

Simply go to stratagreen.com.au, log in with your username and password, choose your products , then checkout through the shopping cart facility.

Once you complete the checkout process online you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will confirm your purchases and purchase amount.

This depends on factors such as stock availability and freight company delivery times. Normally you can expect to see your order within 48 hours of placing it, if the order is shipped to a Perth metro address. Allow 2-3 working days if the order is being shipped to an interstate address. 95% of orders will be shipped from our distribution centre within one business day of payment being received and processed.

You can qualify for free shipping by ordering over $500.00 before GST of product. This excludes bulky items which are clearly marked on the product pages. Yes it certainly does, the pricing is relayed directly from our accounting system and is refreshed every 15 minutes. Any special pricing relating to your login is also accounted for.

Yes, all the prices displayed on our website include GST. Any prices that don’t include GST will have an ex GST tag. All pricing is in $AUD.

The StrataGreen Warehouse in Canning Vale is open between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We close on public holidays and normally close for a week or so over the Christmas period. Please feel free to call us on 1300 866 367 at any time to confirm we will be open when you arrive.

You are able to pay on the website by Direct Bank Transfer, Master Card, Visa and Afterpay. You can also charge your account with StrataGreen if you have trading terms in place.

If paying by Direct Bank Transfer we place a hold on the order till the funds have cleared our account.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

This depends on how far the order has been processed. If the order has only been placed moments before and you wish to cancel it, call the customer service team on 1300 866 367 and they will assist you.
