EdgeMaxx Tree Edge Pro - 1.8m dia

The EdgeMaxx range of durable steel edging is an excellent way of establishing those perfect, permanent borders of your landscape project.

The EdgeMaxx Tree Edge Pro is hot rolled from ductile steel. Each tree ring has sockets for concealed staking, and spliced overlaps for seamless joins. Fixing stakes and a range of accessories are available. The EdgeMaxx Tree Edge Pro gives you precise & attractive edging around your specimen trees.

STEEL SPECIFICATION
The tree rings use approzimately 2.0mm thick hot rolled low carbon steel. This steel is soft enough to bend flat on itself in any direction without cracking and ductile enough for shallow drawing.
Surface is galvanized for maximum durability.
The smooth deoxidized matte finish gives an excellent base for paint. Conforms to a minimum ASTM A366 - with carbon content held to 0.10 maximum.
These materials meet or exceed ASTM and ASME specifications. Material is hardness tested to maximum Rockwell of 70 and maximum Webster rating of 15, approximate Bricknell hardness is 137. Tensile strength is 58-80 ksi and yield strength is 36 ksi minimum.

To install you will need:

• 8 x LEC10XSG EdgeMaxx Fixing Stakes - 300mm required per 1.2m tree ring.
