Initiator Tablets provide enhanced plant growth and long-lasting systemic protection against insect damage in containerised, newly planted, and established plants. Combining fertiliser with the systemic insecticide Imidacloprid, these tablets support healthy growth while safeguarding plants from a wide range of pests.
The tablets are designed for easy application—simply place in the planting hole at transplanting or into the soil adjacent to established plants. As the plant grows, it absorbs the nutrients and insecticide for season-long protection.
Initiator Tablets are effective against African Black Beetle, Chrysomelid Leaf Beetle, Psyllid, Gum Tree Scale, Heteronyx Spring Beetle, Aphid, Mealybug, Scale, and Azalea Lace Bug. Each application lasts 2–3 months, reducing the need for repeat treatments.
