The Snakesafe Leggings have been specifically developed to address a growing safety requirement for outdoor workers across Australia. Designed as robust gaiters that protect the lower leg from knee to ankle, Snakesafe Leggings have undergone rigorous testing by qualified herpetologists. Five of the most common venomous Australian snakes were encouraged to strike the material, which was fitted to a realistically sized dummy leg. In every test scenario, no venom penetration occurred.
