Smoke Water, 500ml

The Smoke Water contains germination stimulants that have been named Karrikins from 'karrik' a Noongar word for smoke. Western Australia is the home of the discovery of this chemical in smoke.
Germination of native species can be increased by smoke water treatment. There is no single method when applying smoke water to native species, experimentation is required. Some seed will respond to being soaked for several hours while others will respond to smoke water sprayed or poured onto seeds planted in trays.

Dilute 1 part of Smoke Water to 10 parts of water. Soak seeds for 3-6 hours, sow, or dry and sow later. Not suitable for physically dormant seed. Available in 250ml and 500ml.
