The Formline Rectangular Planter Base expands the possibilities for incorporating Formline's new Rectangular Planters into residential, commercial and architectural landscapes.
Where a traditional Formline planter installation may involve trenching the planter into the ground, the addition of the matching galvanised steel base plate provides an alternative for locations where this isn't practical or desirable.
The base allows the corresponding Rectangular Planter to be positioned on suitable paved and hard-surface areas, opening up opportunities to create raised planting features within courtyards, paved walkways, building entrances, commercial spaces and other established hardscape environments.
This is particularly useful with the rectangular range, where the planters can be used to create linear planting features, screening and architectural divisions within outdoor spaces.
