The Formline Square Planter Base gives you greater flexibility when incorporating Formline's new Square Planters into landscape designs.
Formline Square Planters can be installed using a traditional trenched method where site conditions allow. However, this isn't always practical when creating raised planting features on existing paved or hard-surface areas.
Adding the matching galvanised steel base plate creates an alternative installation option, allowing the planter to be positioned on suitable hard surfaces such as pavers without needing to trench the planter into the ground.
This makes the accessory particularly useful for courtyards, paved entertaining areas, commercial developments, building entrances and other hardscape environments where the architectural appearance of a Formline planter is wanted without disturbing the existing surface for a traditional trenched installation.
The base is available in five dimensions corresponding directly with the Formline Square Planter range. Simply select the base size that matches the footprint of your planter.
