RocketPot - 1.5 L

The RocketPot® 1.5L is a high-performance, root-pruning container designed to produce healthier, more vigorous plants by enhancing root structure. Ideal for nurseries, revegetation projects, and advanced tree production, RocketPot encourages strong radial root development and prevents spiralling—promoting faster establishment after transplanting.

Unlike standard pots, RocketPot® uses air-pruning technology: as roots grow outward, they are guided to openings at the pot's edges. Upon contact with open air, the root tips are naturally pruned, triggering the development of multiple new feeder roots further back in the root ball. This process results in a dense, fibrous root system that improves nutrient uptake and overall plant health.

The container’s open wall and base design allows for excellent oxygen exchange, moisture retention in the growing medium, and encourages root activity in every direction. Once transplanted, the tree's roots quickly grow outwards and downwards, establishing rapidly in the new environment.
