Pyramat 25 Turf Reinforcement Mats

Pyramat Turf Reinforcement Mats are perfect for moderate flow storm water channels, banks and steep slopes where both immediate and long term erosion control are needed. A Pyramat TRM traps amore seed, soil and water than traditional hard armour products, yielding faster and fuller vegetation. Our TRM's are made of 100% synthetic, ultraviolet (UV) stabilised materials and are completely non-degradable. Pyramat 25 is a unique pyramid style weave that negates animal entrapment, uses the x3 fibre technology and has an enhanced stabilizer package for a design life consistent with permanent turf reinforcement matting. The weave of the matting improves vegetation establishment and has a very high soil/root system interlock. The product is capable of withstanding velocities in excess of 6m/s and withstanding shear forces generated by flows, of over 575Pa.
